Xpress Settings

On Faspay Xpress you can customize color theme by adjusting the business color. Also, you have an option to enable the additional fee for your customer that making payment through Faspay Xpress. These Settings is accessible on Merchant Page at Settings -> Profile -> Xpress Settings

Setting Fee

On Xpress Settings you can set admin fee that will be charged to your customers. This admin fee only applicable for Faspay Business (Dynamic VA) and Faspay Billing (Dynamic VA/Static VA Close)

Apply Admin Fee

If you need to charge your customers with admin fees you can enable it by click the toggle button.

• Yes: enable admin fees

• No: disable admin fees

Fee Name

If you enable admin fee, then you can set your fee name.

You can't include certain words in Fee Name, such as:

• Transaction

• Trx

• transaksi

Fee Amount

Next set the fee amount that will be charged to your customers. If needed you can also include Faspay channel fee on your customer invoice by checklist the Include Faspay channel fee.

Setting Channel List

You can select specific channels that will be charged to your customer's invoice. To set the list, it can be done on Xpress Settings page, set the list on Channel field. When customers conduct to make a payment using Faspay Xpress and select one of the listed channel, the channel fee will automatically added to grand total.

Select All will include all of your payment channels that you've been registered for.

Setting Color

Click on Merchant Color, then choose the color that you want on color picker for your Faspay xpress page, then click anywhere to close the color picker.

If you have finished setting fee, and color for your Faspay Xpress page, then click Save.

The additional fee and channel fee are added to the Grand Total on your customer's outstanding, also the color has been applied on your Faspay Xpress page.

Grand Total Calculation:

Invoice = Rp20000

Additional Fee = Rp1000

Channel Fee = Rp3000

Grand Total Formula = Invoice+ Additional Fee + Channel Fee

Grand Total = Rp20000 + Rp1000 + Rp3000= Rp24000
