# Setting Threshold E-Faktur User can set the threshold limit of E-Faktur numbers from **E-Faktur No** page. If the available number of tax invoice in current year is less than or equal to the threshold limit that has been setting before, system will send an email notification to the email address that listed on the Billings Settings page, accessible from **Settings → Faspay Billing Settings** $$^{NEW}$$.

1. Click **Setting Threshold** button on **E-Faktur No** page.

2. Next, it will show **Setting Threshold E-Faktur Available Number** form. As example the threshold limit will be changed from 30 to 4, if active slide button is turned on it will send email notification that has been listed and vice versa, then click **Save.**

Threshold Limit	Used to setting the threshold limit of available number. Filled by number only.
Active	Used to turn on or turn off the threshold limit settings of available number. If No system will not activated threshold limit of available number and user will not get an email notification. If Yes system will activated threshold limit of available number and user will get an email notification at the email address that has been listed on the Billing Settings.

3. On success notification pop up, click **OK.**

## Email Notification Threshold This email notification will received by user when the amount of tax invoice available number is less than or equal to threshold limit number. As example the threshold limit is set to 4.

It can be seen at E-Faktur No page, at table data the Available Number is 5.

Then the E-Faktur number succesfully generated from available E-Faktur number.

So, the available number changed to 4.

Last, an email notification succesfully sent to inform user that the tax invoice available number is reached threshold limit.
