# Lite Sales App

Lite Sales App enables Your customer to make a payment on offline store easily by QR code.

## Get Started

1. To started using Lite Sales App, open **Faspay Billing -> Business Profile -> Transaction History -> Lite Sales App**.

2. Next create Password for Your Lite Sales App, **input password** **on field** **Create Password** and **Confirm Password,** then click **Confirm**.

Password must contain at least 8 characters and a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.

3. Password successfully created.

4. Now You can access the Lite Sales App by scan QR code or click **Copy Link** then open on Your browser. If needed You can also click **Download PNG** to download QR code.

### Open **Lite Sales App**

1. Copy Your Lite Sales App URL from **Faspay Billing->Business Profile->Transaction History->Lite Sales App->Copy Link.**

To access Your Lite Sales App from browser, You can follows these steps:

1. Open link through Your browser.
2. **Input Password** then click **Confirm**.
3. Show the Lite Sales App.

### **In Store Payment**

In Store Payment enables Your customer to make a payment on Your offline store through various payment method. Follow these steps to make In Store Payment:

1. Click **In Store Payment.**
2. **Input detail payment**, such as **Nominal**(must be filled), **Profiles** and **Notes**.
3. Choose the payment method.

#### Pay with QRIS

You can get payment with QRIS by following these steps:

1. Ensure that the nominal payment are filled correct, then click **Pay with QRIS.**
2. Ask Your customer to **Scan QRIS** use their payment app, then finish the payment.
3. Click **Inquiry Payment** to view update of the payment status.
4. Payment status show.

QRIS will expired on 10 minutes.

You can regenerate QRIS by click **Regenerate QR with this nominal.**

#### **Pay with Others**

To make a payment use another method, You can follow these steps:

1. Ensure that detail payment are correct, click **Pay with Others.**
2. Ask Your customer to scan QR code use their smartphone camera or QR scanner App.
3. Next, Your customer can finish the payment via Faspay Xpress. Details payment via Faspay Xpress can be seen[ here.](/getting-started/faspay-xpress/faspay-xpress-4.0/payment-method.md)

The QR code will expired on 10 minutes, click **OK** when pop up show to refresh the page and get the new QR code for the same payment.

### **Transaction History**

Transaction History is page that shows the 10 latest transactions. You can show the transaction history by following these steps:

1. On **Lite Sales App**, click **Transaction History.**
2. Will show the **Transaction History List.**

### **Order List**

If you activated order feature for your store, you can access your customers order list through\
lite sales app by clicking Order List.

The order list can be viewed based on the same order status, as follows:

* **All Order Status List (Unprocessed, In Process, Completed)**

* **In Process Order List**

### **Updating Order Status**

Below are the steps to update the order status through the Lite Sales App :

#### Update Order Status from Unprocessed to In Process

1. Select the order with the status **Unprocessed,** then click **In Process**.

2. The order status will be updated to **In Process**.

Orders with Completed status cannot be updated.

#### Update Order Status from In Process to Completed&#xD;

1. Select the order with the status **In Process**, then click **Completed**.

2. The order status will be updated to **Completed**.

### **Logout from Lite Sales App**

To exit from Lite Sales App, click **Logout.**

### **Change Lite Sales App Password**

1. Change the Lite Sales App Password on **Faspay Billing->Business Profile->Transaction History,** then click **Lite Sales App->Reset Password.**

2. **Input new Password**, then click **Confirm.**
