Invoice Issued

The invoice-issued report is one of the report categories in the Reports menu of Faspay Billing. This report contains detailed information about all invoices sent to customers within a certain period.

Invoice Issued Sub Menu

Here are the steps for users using the Invoice Issued Report menu.

  1. On the Reports page, select the "Invoice Issued" card menu.

  1. The Invoice Issued Report page will appear with several data search filter options:

  • By Invoice Period.

  • By Customer Name.

  • By Invoice Status.

  • By Customer name and Invoice status.

  • By Invoice No.

Notes: By Invoice Period cannot be empty for every filter option.

Final total amount including tax and additional fee.

Amount already paid by the customer.

Amount unpaid by the customer.

Status

Information about the status of an invoice:

- Unpaid -> The invoice or bill has not been paid yet

- Paid -> The invoice already paid

- Overdue -> The invoice has passed the payment deadline

- Partial Paid -> tagihan baru dibayarkan sebagian

Filter By Invoice Period

If you want to view report details based on invoice period:

  1. Select the date in the invoice period field. Choose the date range of the invoices you want to display.

  2. Click the "Apply" button.

  3. Then, click the "Show" button.

  1. The system will display the data based on the selected invoice period range.

Filter By Customer

If you want to view report details based on the customer name:

  1. Select the date in the invoice period field (Mandatory). Choose the date range of the invoices you want to display. Once done, click the "Apply" button.

  2. In the "Customer" field, click on the dropdown menu and select the customer name you want to display.

  3. Click the "Show" button to display the data.

  1. The system will display the data based on the selected invoice period range and customer name.

Filter By Status

If you want to view report details based on the invoice status:

  1. Select the date in the invoice period field (Mandatory). Choose the date range of the invoices you want to display. Once done, click the "Apply" button.

  2. In the "Status" field, please click on the dropdown menu and select the status option you want to display.

  3. Click the "Show" button to display the data.

  1. The system will display the data based on the selected invoice period range and status.

Filter By Customer and Status

If you want to view report details based on the customer name and invoice status:

  1. Select the date in the invoice period field (Mandatory). Choose the date range of the invoices you want to display. Once done, click the "Apply" button.

  2. In the "Customer" field, click on the dropdown menu and select the customer you want to display.

  3. In the "Status" field, please click on the dropdown menu and select the status option you want to display.

  4. Click the "Show" button to display the data.

  1. The system will display the data based on the selected invoice period range, customer name, and invoice status.

Filter By Invoice No

If you want to view report details based on Invoice Number:

  1. Select the date in the invoice period field (Mandatory). Choose the date range of the invoices you want to display. Once done, click the "Apply" button.

  2. In the "Invoice No" field, input the invoice number you want to display.

  3. Then click "Show" to display the data.

  1. The system will display the data based on the selected invoice period range and the invoice number searched.
