Transaction Type UNIcount

  1. Static Transaction

Static transactions using a different process flow, the merchant will generate transactions and prepare one additional URL for the inquiry process transactions from the channel (Inquiry Inquiry transaction and payment) and the customer will pay the ATM or Internet banking channel.

  1. Dynamic Transaction

A dynamic transaction using standard process flow where the merchant POST data to a payment channel Faspay using code 410.

Payment Type UNIcount

  1. Open Amount

Is the actual value amount (payment amount) paid by the customer may differ from the value of the transaction amount

  1. Close Amount

Is the actual value amount (payment amount) paid by the customer shall be equal to the value of the transaction amount

For the UNIcount transaction, the customer will use the 10-digit code from the merchant's transaction with a combination of the first 6-digit prefix number from one payment channel used to pay for a transaction. When the customer pays the transaction using an ATM or internet banking, they would pay using a 6-digit BIN/prefix they received from the selected channel payment followed by a 10-digit transaction number.

UNIcount - Static Transaction

UNIcount static transaction integration process differs from a standard transaction flow, which for UNIcount static transaction permits to use seven-digit merchant transaction ID and the merchant must prepare one additional URL for the inquiry and payment.

Once customers make transactions at the merchant and receive a transaction ID (UNIcount), customers make payments at ATMs or via Internet banking. In this process the system will perform inquiry URL 2 times, that is:

Inquiry Transaction

In this step the customer inputs the transaction ID in the channel (eg, ATM or Internet Banking) and if customers click the "NEXT" or "CONTINUE" Faspay will access the URL inquiry merchant to check transaction ID exists or not on the merchant and the merchant will send a response to an inquiry to Faspay and the customer will be visible UI display details of the transaction.

Inquiry Payment

After the customer checks the transaction ID and proceeds to the payment, Faspay goes inquiry payment via URL inquiry merchants to provide transaction information that has been paid by the customer in which the value of the amount is the same (for the type of close amount) or the value of the amount is different (for the type of open amount) with the value of the transaction amount. Merchants will respond to Faspay that the transaction is approved or disapproved by the merchant. If the transaction is declined by the merchant, the customer UI display will show that the transaction failed, and if the transaction is approved by the merchant, the customer UI display will show the success of the transaction.

For channel: VA Mandiri, VA Maybank merchant must use 8 digits for the transaction because this channel gave 8 prefix transactions from the bank.

For channel: VA Danamon merchant must use 6 digits for transactions because this channel gave 6 prefix transactions from the bank.
